I’ve always found it hard to get out of bed promptly when the alarm goes off, but lately Beanie and Biggles have made me look like a rank amateur at the stop-in-bed game. It takes a nuke to get them out of bed, and once we’ve got their collars on and punted them into the garden for their morning rounds, we’ve got to remember to shut the bedroom door. If we forget, more often than not we’ll discover that someone has found their way back under the covers..
Once they’ve committed to being up though, I have to admit they do attack the day’s important business with great enthusiasm!
Formalities are important; always start things off with a play bow!
Er, you do remember what happened the last time you pulled my tail, eh Beanie ?
As far as I know, Judo doesn’t have a throw that begins with an ear grab. But it should, ‘cos it obviously works!
A play bow always starts a rumble, and an operatic duet always finishes it
Now they’re ready for other business, like exploring ancient ruins!
